No it's not - it's the professional version of the bloke in the car
stereo shop sorting out his mates stereo before yours.

Perhaps it is something we justify to ourselves because we are so often
on the wrong side of the fence
....and as for the notion of it being 'reportable'......well that would
really get on and waste NHS time and money and possibly make a very good
caring doctor very miserable
