Dear Martin,
The introduction to the Commission's Work Programme for 2002 explains that
the conditions and nature of the Commission Work Programme have
changed, in line with the new system of activity-based management. The work
programme has now become a political instrument focusing on the major
political actions, and it will no longer be accompanied by a
long descriptive catalogue of legislative and other policy actions. So I
think we've seen the last of the detailed appendices.
Best regards,
Chris
