EUR-Lex, in its information section at http://europa.eu.int/eur-lex/en/information/about.html states that "Documents published in the OJ C E
are only published electronically".
At the risk of sounding very silly, I'm not sure if this rules out any of them being published by the EU or other organisations in another
format.
