This ‘Media Issue’ of The Journal of Psychogeography and Urban Research
seeks to exploit the full potential of an online journal, streaming audio
and video content in a variety of formats, used both as illustrative
material in some of the papers, and to show excerpts from the work of media
practitioners.
Included are papers by Dr Phil Hubbard on British pop band Pulp
titled 'Mapping the Sexual Landscape', and Ian McKay on the uses of dance
radio to both map space and contain youth.
