For this quarter, this is the mail I sent directly to people who had
appeared in previous UK EDG-WP6 quarterly reports.
However, for the benefit of people who've started doing Testbed work this
quarter and didn't get a mail, please send me the details requested below
(or forward this to anyone else at your Institute to whom this applies):
I now need to send off this quarter's WP6 UK report:
If you have worked on setting up part of the UK Testbed at your
institiute, or are working on central WP6 activities, please mail
me directly ([log in to unmask]) with an estimate of the number of
months or fractional months you will have spent on this in the first
quarter (ie 1st July - 30th Sept) So if you've worked full time
setting up a farm for the EU DataGrid testbed, it would be 3 months.
Work spent setting up equipment for the testbed AND time spent at
meetings and conferences arising from it counts (please indicate
which conferences as well.)
WP6 Security activities need not be reported separately.
So for each WP6 person, I need Name, Email, Phone, Institute, Number
WP6 months and date when you originally started doing work contributed
to EDG (after 1 January 2001.)
I will also use the site reports given at the GridPP Testbed Phone
conferences in the text, but it would be better if you also mailed me
directly with a description of your testbed site (in particular how many
EDG elements you have and what type: CE, SE, WN, UI etc.)
Cheers,
Andrew
