ANALYST/PROGRAMMER - DATA MANAGER
An analyst/programmer-data manager is sought to oversee a large
database accumulated over the past 20 years and to do the programming
for new studies in Malawi. The post will be primarily in London, but
will entail visits to Malawi. The job carries a variety of
responsibilities including database design and conversion, form design
and data entry programming, control of data quality, interacting with
statisticians involved in data analysis and contribution to supervision
of staff involved in coding and data entry in Malawi. The post will be
on a contract until 31 August 2005 with the possibility of extension
subject to funding. Salary will be in the range £30,171 - £35,165 (pay
award pending) on the scale of Senior Computing Staff Grade 3, depending
upon qualifications and experience.
