Does it have to be CD-ROM based? There are catering materials coming out
from the National Learning Network within the next couple of weeks that your
Network Manager will be able to download a store onto a local server for the
whole College. In catering, there will be about 20 hours of learning
materials available on fish, chicken and vegetables. No video clips
(problems with transmitting these across local networks), but plenty of
questions and assessment. Some of the fish materials are available as a
preview on the NLN Web site
http://www.nln.ac.uk
Look in the materials section, login in (or register), and the materials are
all there.
Hope this helps
