CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER
Laser-Scan, Cambridge, UK.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active person to join Laser-Scan's
Customer Support team.
You will have a background in GIS, Computer Sciences, IT or a related
discipline. We would expect you to have experience in some or all of the
following.
 GIS packages eg. Geomedia, MapInfo
 Programming languages eg.Java, C
 SQL
 Database eg. Oracle
Due to the customer-facing nature of this position we expect you to have
well-developed communication skills. Delivering presentations and writing
reports are essential.
Working as part of a team, your responsibilities will include:
 Responding to customer queries
 Testing new versions of software
 Training customers
 Installations
 Development of new demonstrations
This position is ideal for a newly qualified graduate or for someone
looking to develop their experience within an expanding company.
