Steve,
I am trying to use fugue on an epi dataset.
I entered the following:
fugue -i tmp_b0epi --dwell=.100 --loadfmap=tmp_B0field -u test_output -v
where:
tmp_b0epi is a 16 bit integer multislice file
tmp_B0field is a 32 bit floating point multislice file
I get the following:
Reading input volume
Reading fieldmap
Calculating masks
Calculating valid and filled masks
Regularising the fieldmap
Applying unwarping
BUT NOT OUTPUT.
I did get an output when I used the data in "feed."
I noticed that the fieldmap in feed is complex, but I thought the
instructions for fugue would allow what I used
"--loadfmap filename for loading fieldmap (rad/s)"
Where have I gone wrong?
Thanks,
Dolf
