Thanks, Steve,
Re: FLAME timing: you're right it doesn't matter if it takes hours or
days (unless there's some deadline getting closer ;-) ), my analysis is
still running, just wanted to make sure that that's ok.
Re: Peri-stimulus plots look great, Is there a way to make tsplot use a
mask (ROI) instead of just one voxel?
Thanks,
Hauke

Hi Hauke,
Peristimulus plots are generated for first-level analysis and are found
by
clicking on one of the peak voxel time series plots on the main report
web
page - this takes you to a new page including peak and average time
series
plots for full and reduced models, and then the peristimulus plots.
WRT FLAME timing - it's possible, yes. The timing depends on the number
of
first-level anlayses, the number of EVs at group level and the amount of
activation (the slowest parts of FLAME are only run for voxels which are
close to or over threshold, to get the highest possible esimation
accuracy). I don't think in general this is a problem - people don't run
group-level analyses hundreds of times, so if it takes 30 minutes or 10
hours, I think that is acceptable?
Thanks :)
