Hello,
We are currently using T2 weighted images of 1.3 x .86mm axial slices to
derive the ICV for measurements of CSF. For the sake of time in the MRI,
we have been considering lowering the resolution of the T2 to 5.2mm. Is
there a way within FSL to anticipate the possible loss of volume that may
be associated with this change in resolution? Also, is it possible to
change the resolution of an image in FSL after it has already been acquired
at a different resolution?
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Lora
