I have seen a couple of English editions of Cahiers du Cinema, in the
university library of Coventry (England) University. But this was about six
years ago. And of course, may well be of no use to you what so ever!

Subject: Re: Cahiers du Cinema in English
I thought someone who knew what they were talking about (ie not me) would
have answered this by now - but apparently not.
As I understand it, for a brief period circa mid to late 1960s Andrew
Sarris
brought out a journal actually called 'Cahiers du Cinema In English'. I
don't _believe_ the content was identical with the French edition, though
certainly some or most of the articles appearing were translations of
things
in the French edition. It isn't published in English any more, more's the
pity.
