At the recent Focus Meeting, I heard that serum phenytoin levels (but not
other anticonvulsants)should be reported with an accompanying albumin value.
Presumably this is to do with binding of the drug, but as I had not heard
this before (at my age you can admit these things) can anyone point me to
the relevant literature references, please.
