Well actually there could be a lot to learn, if we deliberately invite
in people from outside academia. The learning is about human
psychology, not the technology.
If you want to try out more subtle communications technologies,
try setting up a WikiWeb, or using a mediation support system
like Zeno (http://zeno8.gmd.de/).
