This is not a profit-making event.  Many costs will be absorbed by the
sponsors.  Any surplus funds generated will be donated to the Sir Colin
Buchanan Bursary Fund.  
Delegate-catered rate  £120 +17.5% VAT £21 = £141
Includes conference attendance, documentation, coffee, buffet lunch and
tea and attendance at the memorial event if requested.
Delegate-non catered rate £100 +17.5% VAT £17.50 = £117.50
Includes conference attendance, documentation and attendance at the
memorial event if requested.
Details of catering outlets at Imperial College will be sent for
delegates to make their own arrangements.
CANCELLATION
For a refund of fees (less £10 +VAT administration charge),
cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the event.
REPLACEMENT DELEGATES WILL BE ACCEPTED AT ANY TIME.  Please send revised
details for delegate badge and list to the registration address above.
