It should be possible to do what you want by creating a text file
containing a single line with x,y,z coordinates (see an example of such
file after using roi_define - or the R.O.I. extract button, depending on
which set of programs you are using) - and then using it instead of the
automatically created files, when prompted. Have you tried this?
