Try this (it's not very elegant since it calls the imcalc-function for
each image, but it worked for me):
spm_imcalc_ui({'test_seg1.img','brain_test.img'},'c_test_seg1.img','i1.*i2',{[],[],[],-9});
You can just write that line into a text file, insert your filename and
copy it as often as you need to (Excel is good for that). This uses a
sinc-interpolation, too, but not the "normalization to tissue volume"
step that John suggested a while ago for creating templates.
