Alison & List:
At this place in my life I stay at home with my young daughter and find the
list crucial to my work...and the general connection it offers. I thank you
for it.
As far as those that may come and go, I have in mind the metaphor of a
hotel: you check in, you stay (doing whatever it is you do there), and you
may check out. There are also those in hotels that have lived in them their
whole lives (Chelsea), creatively and otherwise. But, no matter what, so far
I've known this "hotel" as offering 5 star service. I thank you for that.

Alison and list
For reasons of having too much on my plate over the past three or four
months
I have quit all lists I subscribe to except one... this one. That says
something.... I think??? Anyway, even if I can't take part in discussion I
am
still interested enough to skim over the posts and still pick up and think
about some interesting things which are posted. Lists go up and down and
people invest in lists for whatever reasons. Don't sweat on it.
