That's why I brought in the comparison with Barry Mac, Árni
They were interviewing him about his _Book of Demons_ which is Barry writing
about alcoholism and alcoholic delusions and, I strongly believe, writing
about it having had a few more drinks to get a few more poems
and their line, the interviewer's, *assumed a therapeutic intention to the
writing, which assumption remained there no matter what Barry said in
reply, including _I do not write for therapy_
and little or nothing about the poetry as poetry
Geraldine did get that
Mind you, she was being interviewed by a competent poet
not one I like, but then there are many mansions; too often the interviewer
is moonlighting in between doing the magistrates' courts
