spelling error, last line. 'checks' should be 'cheques'
otherwise there is an ambiguity.
I used to get very annoyed with this in american accounting
texts.
eg
'when checking your cheque list, it is helpful to place a
check mark against each cheque entry' becomes the
nonsensical
'when checking your check list it is helpful to place a
check mark against each check entry' when using american
spelling.
Just don't get me started on colour...
