In May 2000, the PhD program in industrial design at Politecnico di
Milano hosted the Design+Research conference.
One result was a magnificent proceedings volume that has become a
widely used landmark in the field of design research.
Once again, the Politecnico di Milano PhD program in industrial
design has taken the lead with a major Web site initiative. The first
important result of this initiative is to make the COMPLETE
conference proceedings available on-line, with 78 complete articles
available for download or on-line viewing.
You will find the page at URL:

Prof. Silvia Pizzocaro informs us that the page is still in progress.
Some parts may not be active and there may still be some mistakes.
Even though the page is still in progress, however, they have
released the address and Politecnico has made the generous
contribution of the D+R proceedings.
The page is structured into three sections: a research tool with
useful links, the complete training program of the Politecnico PhD in
industrial design, and a proposal for an on line journal that is
still in progress.
