LECTURER/SENIOR LECTURER IN OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
The Department of Management Science is seeking a person to contribute to the
department's teaching and research in the field of Operations Management. The
Department has a worldwide reputation as an international centre of excellence
and includes research groups in various areas of Operational Research and
Operations Management. The latter includes staff active in manufacturing,
supply chain management, logistics and e-business, led by Professor Brian
Kingsman.
Candidates should be research active and, preferably, hold a PhD or be close
to completing one. The level of the appointment will depend on the experience
of the candidate.
There are many teaching and research links to the rest of the Management
School which holds a TQA rating of Excellent for teaching and a top RAE
rating of 5*.
