LECTURESHIP IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Warwick Business School
WBS is one of the foremost Schools in the country having received a 5*
in the 2001 RAE with the largest number of staff submitted, being rated
as excellent in teaching and being the only Business School to be
accredited in the UK (AMBA), Europe (EFMD) and the US (AACSB).
In line with a continuing programme of expansion we now wish to appoint
to a lectureship in the following area. This appointment will provide
excellent opportunities to work with internationally recognised faculty
and high quality students.
Ideally you will have a PhD. An emerging research record is essential.
A range of resources are available to support the further development of
your research and opportunities do also exist within the School for
extra income through Executive teaching.
Given the range of European links within the school it would be an
advantage for any candidate to have particular interest in relevant
aspects of European business.
Research interests sought in the more technical aspects of IS such as
database systems development and the Internet as applied in commercial
contexts.
Application forms and further particulars can be obtained from the
Personnel Office, University of Warwick, Coventry CV4 7AL.
