There wasn't a programme of that title but on 20-21 Feb Channel Four had a
"Censored Weekend" with various debates and screenings of films. Perhaps
what you mean is "The Last Days of the Board" 20/02/99 @ 21.00-22.00. A look
at the workings of the BBFC. You can get brief details of all the
documentaries in the season from TV Index
