I sort of disagree! I am on one list that fluctuates randomly between
(mostly) reply-to-list and (sometimes) reply-to-sender and it confuses most
people. I would expect reply-to-list to be the default if "reply" is
selected, and would expect both list and sender to be selected by "reply
all". It would then be a simple process to remove the list if replying only
to sender - which I would expect to be the less frequently selected option:
otherwise why have a list? But this arrangement seems to be beyond the
LISTSERV software.
