Subject: Re: CHI clinical governance reviews.... library com ments
The RLG Quality and Statistics Working Group Chair, Pam Prior, has been in
touch with CHI for some time. We suggested to them (at their request) three
questions which they could ask at their visits. I will certainly raise the
issue again at the next Quality Group meeting.
In the South West, I review CHI reports and note any salient points relevant
to library services which we then pick up as part of the library service
accreditation process. I have noticed, however, that CHI reports do vary in
the amount of information and comment about library services. Generally
though, libraries nornally get a mention if only to say they provide access
to adequate resources and can be accessed by all staff.
