Yes, it most certainly does, e-only is our preferred subscription method. It
does not overrule our evaluation of the quality and price of the journal,
but it is a factor that we will consider.
Also the print journals outside our consortia deals are becoming "endangered
species" in times, where we have to make cuts in our serials budget. The
consortia deals have limited (or no) budget reduction options, so cuts are
likely to affect individual-title-subscriptions most.
