Dear Colleagues,
If is possible, I would like to have some information (bibliographical
references, links, photographs...), about the conflict of Yugoslavia from a
geographical point of view: it's consecuences on the lanscape, environment,
economy, migrations, etc.
I know this texts:
-Mark W Corson and Julian V. Minghi: "Prediction and Reality in Bosnia: Two
years after Dayton", Geopolitics, vol. 2 (3), 1997.
-Adrian Kavanagh: "Postmodernity, Globalization and Nationalist Conflict in
the Former Yugoslavia", Geopolitics, vol. 3 (3), 1999.
-Alexander Murphy: "National Claims to Territory in the Modern State System:
Geographical Considerations", Geopolitics, vol. 7 (1), 2002.
-David Storey: "Territory and National Identity: Examples from the Former
Yugoslavia", Geography, vol. 87 (2), 2002.
Thank you very much in advance.
Yours sincerely,
Daniel Marías
