Developing High Quality
Learning Disability Services
Through Research
Presentations and discussions will cover both the process of research
(getting started, collecting data, drawing conclusions, disseminating
results) and how research findings can be put into practice.
Topics include: children with severe learning disability, mental health
and
learning disability, Down syndrome and dementia, challenging
behaviour,
assessing physical health needs, social inclusion.
