Hi, Dear All,
I'm a new user of the FSL. I have some questions with FSL and hope to get
some help. I didn't succeed in compiling the whole package. While I did
succeed in compiling the bet programs after I installed the precompiled FSL
1.3 for Linux. When I use the bet program to process a MRI image, I got a
little bit different results with the precompiled bet and recompiled bet.
The running output is as follows.
The result from precompiled bet:
bet 1428076mr.hdr 1428076mr_brain2.hdr
hist_min=0.000000 thresh2=0.000000 thresh=914.000000 thresh98=9141.000000
hist_max=32767.000000
THRESHOLD 914.000000
CofG (103.933706,106.681784,82.393738) mm
RADIUS 95.000691
MEDIANVAL 3212.000000
self-intersection total = 28554.739686 (threshold=4000.000000)
thus will rerun with higher smoothness constraint
self-intersection total = 3431.541276 (threshold=4000.000000)
The result from recompiled bet:
bet 1428076mr.hdr 1428076mr_brain2.hdr
hist_min=0.000000 thresh2=0.000000 thresh=914.000000 thresh98=9141.000000
hist_max=32767.000000
THRESHOLD 914.000000

self-intersection total = 28554.739686 (threshold=4000.000000)

self-intersection total = 7840.831698 (threshold=4000.000000)
thus will rerun with higher smoothness constraint
self-intersection total = 265.150868 (threshold=4000.000000)
Can anybody help me with this? Thanks a lot.
Sincerely,
Yanjun
