hi - good question - in fact we've just added that into the next version
of FEAT (FEAT5), due for release over the summer.
If you put
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/~steve/ftp/ramp.gif
in fsl/etc/luts
and
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/~steve/ftp/feat.tcl
in fsl/tcl
then you should find that the colourbar appears in the FEAT report.....

I guess there's two ways you could do that - you could either fiddle with
the colour look-up-tables (LUTs) in the FEAT output images, using maybe
gimp or photoshop.....or you could edit create_lut.c in
fsl/stable-src/renderstats and put in whatever LUT you fancy.....of course
it's also quite easy in MEDx.
thanks, Steve.
