Hi,
I use FSL since one week and so I'm not so used to that programs yet.
Since some of my fMRI files went trough FEAT analysis well, I wonder
that some do not and the message
/usr/local/fsl/bin/film_gls -rn
/data/conny/studien_best/finger_2/xfinger_2_HAND.REC.feat/stats -sa -ms
5 -sp /usr/local/fsl/bin/susan_smooth
/data/conny/studien_best/finger_2/xfinger_2_HAND.REC.feat/filtered_func_data
/data/conny/studien_best/finger_2/xfinger_2_HAND.REC.feat/design.mat

Log directory is:

"exec cat ${FD}/stats/dof "
(procedure "feat4:proc" line 265)
invoked from within
"feat4:proc [ file rootname [ lindex $argv 0 ] ]"
(file "/usr/local/fsl/bin/feat" line 17)
appeared in the command line and further fMRI statistics was suppressed.
The fMRI files that went through and those did not, had been acquired in
the same scanning session and didn't differ even in their size!
Further I got some distorsions in my transversal and coronal images
after FEAT analysis. Does anyone of
you know, where this could come from? The images looked well on the
scanner and also in mricro, which I use for coversion into Analyze
format.
If someone of you could help me with that problems I would be very
grateful!
Thank you all.
Conny
