Hi Dr. Miller,
Did you get timely answers to your questions?
We also have a 3T Allegra here at the Human Neuroimaging Lab.
One standard procedure is to convert files to Analyze format
using MRIcro. The file names produced by the scanner are very long and
so we have some Perl scripts that shorten the file names first
(or else MRIcro conversion fails). We are happy to send you our
simple perl scripts, if you like.
Sincerely,
Philip R. Baldwin

Subject: [FSL] Siemens Allegra file formats
Question for Siemens Allegra 3T sites - Our console will be upgraded
from SunOS to WinNT soon. We'd like to get a head start to ensure that
we know what to do with the raw data files, in terms of file formats.
Our group uses FSL, SPM, and MEDx. Any advice, URLs, code, whatever
would be appreciated.
