33rd ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Regional Science Association International: British and Irish Section
St. Andrews, Scotland, 20th - 22nd August 2003
The RSAI British & Irish Section invites the submission of Abstracts to be
considered for the 2003 Annual Conference programme. Conference themes are
listed below, however, quality papers in all areas of regional science are
welcome.
Devolution and Regional Development
Employability and local labour markets
Regional socio-economic forecasting
Crime and Spatial Dynamics
Business/Producer Services and Regional Economies
Innovation, Clusters, Learning and Knowledge Management
Regional Specialisation
EU Regional Convergence
Regional Sustainability: Issues, Measurement and Policy
Abstracts of approximately 500 words should be submitted (preferably by
e-mail) to the Secretary at the address below as soon as possible and by
January 31st 2003 at the very latest. Authors will be notified of the
committee's decision in March 2003. Please also contact the Secretary for
any further information regarding the conference.
