Dear all
Although nothing is visible via the list at present, a number of people are currently working themselves up to invite you to meetings.
If you would like to ask some people around for a chat, the idea is simply to choose something to talk about (for example based around one of your projects, either current, past or future), choose a date to suit you, and post an email to the list inviting people (15 or fewer) to come and talk for an hour or two.
You might consider planning an afternoon sometime in April/May, after checking that the relevant room space will be available.
Do check with Emma Willson or me before advertising, though, please. We are building up a picture of who is doing what with the aim of coordinating activity. If you would like a copy of the guidelines for organising meetings please get in touch.
Also, do you have any suggestions for sessions, topics, themes, venues for a conference? For example:
Evaluation (formative, summative): given that every project is different, does it really matter whether you evaluate them? Some funding is contingent on evaluation, but how might that help you, the elearning project manager(s), or the 'end user' learners?
Also, just a reminder that you can look at previous messages (for example, if those who have joined recently would like to look at other people's introductions) at:

Looking forward to hearing from you,
Martin
