Salary Range: £24,435 - 32,537pa
The Department's Technology-Assisted Lifelong Learning (TALL) programme is
developing leading-edge online courses and services including learning
technology and associated research (www.tall.ox.ac.uk). We now have the
opportunity to invite an innovative, independent, creative individual to
join our team managing the development and delivery of online courseware
and associated projects.
Reporting to the Director of TALL you will assume responsibility for a
number of high profile projects from inception to delivery. As a graduate
you will have prepared for this role by gaining at least two years
experience of delivering projects consistently on time and to budget. This
experience may have been gained in the higher education arena but, more
importantly, you will have a passion for (or at least an understanding of)
learning and teaching.
You will be able to demonstrate technical proficiency, a thorough
understanding of the Internet and excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. Coupled with your natural enthusiasm and well-developed time and
people management skills you will feel comfortable taking the lead and
making decisions when under pressure.
