Hi Katy,
I thought I recognised one of those drugs!
Time to get your Internet Search engine working. For example, a search for "Wellbutrin" brings up a number of informative links. One of which is below:- (It's a long URL)
http://www.parkinsons-information-exchange-network-online.com/drugdb/021.html
This describes it as: "Bupropion is an oral antidepressant drug of the aminoketone class."
Searching for "Bupropion" brings up:- (Another long URL)
http://www2.health-center.com/db/PageReq?SessionID=109268325.1031315841535&TopicID=284&PageID=2252&Action=view
Surprise! Surprise!
"Bupropion Hydrochloride is also prescribed for depression and sometimes ADHD. In this version, it is called Wellbutrin. Zyban and Wellbutrin are the same exact medication, Bupropion Hydrochloride, but are marketed differently. The doses used are different because each medication is used to treat different conditions."
Now I KNOW Zyban is available on prescription in the U.K.
I'll leave you with one other useful link.
