Dear Bugs user,
I am a very new user of bugs.
Does anybody have any experience of a 4 by 4 crossover design in bugs.
My data consists of 4 sequence( RTTR,TRRT,RTRT,TRTR) and 4 period
replicated crossover design. In a mixed model framework the model is as
follows:
y_{kl}= X_{l}* beta + Z_{l}* tau_{kl} + e_{kl};
y_{kl} is the observation vector for subject k nested in sequence l. beta
is the vector of fixed parameter. tau_{kl} are the random part.X_[l} and
Z_{l} are design matrices.
tau_{kl} is a 2x1 vector which is equal to (tau_{Tkl}, tau_{Rkl})'
and (tau_{Tkl}, tau_{Rkl}) are correlated normal variables with
variances sigma1, sigma2 and covarince sigma12.
e_{kl} is normal error.
I assign normal prior to beta and wishart to the variance matrix of tau.
But i have no idea how to program this data specially the random part
with the variance covariance matrix.
I would really appreciate any help.
It would be really helpfull if some one can share any identical program.
Acknowledgement will be given.
Thanks a lot .
