The batch enrol students to courses is outlined in
ADMINISTRATION PANEL > USER UTILITIES > BATCH ENROLL USERS

here it gives you the necessary format for the batch file. Note though you
do not need to put everything in quotes, just comma delimit it and use "
when you have a name like O'Neil like so "O'Neil" or BB rejects that record
'cos of the '
