Dear sir,
I must sincerely apologise for writing you at this
time of crisis. I am MRS DORIS SAVIMBI, the wife of
late General JONAS SAVIMBI of the republic of Angola.
My beloved husband was the leader of the movement of
the total independence of Angola popularly known as
the UNITA force. In my earnest search for a reliable
company / individual who can handle a financial
transaction of large magnitude in your country ,I got
response in your favour among other from the chambers
of commerce and industries here in COTE D'IVOIRE
AFRICA, so I decided to contact you first.
It is with heavy heart that I write you this letter
following the murder of my great husband on the 23rd
of febuary 2002 by the Angolan Federal Army(FAA)in an
open-air battle. It is a known fact that my husband has
been fighting for justice, equity and fair play
following our independence in 1975. In september 1992,
he was robbed of his election victory against MR JOSE
DE SANTOS, who has since been the dictator. This
unfair act led to my husband's commitment to
re-instating that was fairly given to him by the
electorates in the 1992 election poll.
During the rising tension in my country my husband
secretly relocated some money to safety in the
Republic of COTE D'IVOIRE through diplomatic
arrangement. He informed us of this decision because
much money was spent to acquire arms to his noble
cause. We have discovered the details of the deposit
and powers was expressly conferred on my son as to the
release of the consignment in the case of his dismiss.
At this point, the money is in the vault of a private
safety and security company and me and my son have
successfully escaped to the Republic of COTED'IVOIRE,
where we now seek political asylum status. We desire
to relocate to your country to live a quite and low
profiled life and also invest there. The amount
deposited as consignment (in a metal box) is fifteen
million United State Dollars (US$15 million).
We have mapped out 75% for ourselves and 20% for your
cordial assistance and 5% for any expenses which may
be incurred in both locally and internationally.
Secondly you will also help us look for a profitable
investment overseas because we don't have knowledge of
international investments. As a result our my present
situation, We won't be able to conclude this
transaction alone.
Be informed that this transaction needs utmost trust
and confidentiality. Note also that the transaction
attracts no risk on your side hence all modalities for
safe, smooth and hitch free transaction have been
arranged by my son.
Finally if you have any question as regards this
transaction, please contact my son with the numbers
above. Please note that the confidentiality of this
transaction would be highly appreicated.
Best regards
MRS.DORIS SAVIMBI &
PRINCE NICHOLAS SAVIMBI.
FOR THE FAMILY.
