We do the same as you at Sussex. When the notifications were first introduced I
phoned around a few LEAs (East Sx, Brighton & Hove, West Sx) to ask whether it was
necessary to complete sections 10-14 of the form, for students who have a
mandatory entitlement to repeat funding and they couldn't see the point either. I
haven't had any problems yet.
