Hi
We at Sheffield Hallam are also having a few difficulties with this exercise!
I would also be interested to know if anyone else has experienced problems with the recreation tables showing a different balance of student
numbers in price groups C & D when compared with their HESES 2000 return.
Thanks

Colleagues
I wonder how many of us have the pleasure of a request from HEFCE for an
action plan to reconcile their HESA July 2001 and HESES 2000 data.
Also, how many of us are finding errors in the data supplied by HEFCE? In
our case, tables 1 to 3 of the HESES data are for the wrong year, which is
throwing out the summary comparison tables, at least.
We are also unable at this time to reconcile how HEFCE have calculated our
recruited MASNs.
If this is a general problem, perhaps we should make a concerted request for
an extension of time to respond.
