Hi,
Well I have already e-mailed Internet Archaeology about this to wish them
well but I share Paul Barford's concern (snipped from my reply to keep the
size down).
As someone who is fascinated by archaeology but has no practical involvement
beyond reading and visiting sites when on holiday I have loved IA from it's
very first days. But that said there is no way on earth I can justify almost
£40 to access what I have already read many times and likewise no way I can
afford ~£40 for each new 2 issue bundle.
Maybe I am not the sort of reader IA was aimed for but I wonder how many
others like me have enjoyed it over the years.
I hope Paul and my pessimism is ill founded and wish the journal well.
David
