I don't know much about RDF or TGN, but I do know where
Kinderscout is! So, being pedantic, it would be more like:
urn:tgn:world/british_isles/england/derbyshire/high_peak/kinder_sco
ut
Kinderscout is the 'peak' of the UK Derbyshire Peak District
(though rather a misnomer because it's a flat-topped hill covered in
a peat bog), 2008 feet at its highest point, and just up the road
from where I live.
Sorry, couldn't resist that - but it is Friday afternoon!
