The UK National Curriculum matadata standard [1] has a Users element
which might be relevent:
<rdfs:Class rdf:ID="Users">
<Users rdf:ID="Te">
<rdfs:comment>teachers</rdfs:comment>
</Users>
<Users rdf:ID="Par">
<rdfs:comment>parents</rdfs:comment>
</Users>
<Users rdf:ID="Pup">
<rdfs:comment>pupils</rdfs:comment>
</Users>
<Users rdf:ID="SLd">
<rdfs:comment>school leadership</rdfs:comment>
</Users>
<Users rdf:ID="Oth">
<rdfs:comment>others</rdfs:comment>
</Users>
(This has nothing to de with me, I'm just someone who is following
developments in order that I can implement metadata standards).
