Dear Jim, I suffered the same problem about ten years ago. An O.T made me a
splint that I used as a resting splint as I couldn't work with it on. I
started to mobilise using my elbow instead of my thumbs, concentrated on my
scapular positioning and now only ever use my thumbs when mobilising at the
cspine. Jude
