Dear all,
I am currently a student at the University of Bristol studying for an
MSc in Exercise and Health Science. For one of my modules I am doing
some work on the University's Cybex Isokinetic Dynamometer.
I am mainly looking into how the machine can be used as a screening
tool and am trying to find out details about muscle balance and
strength ratios for the different muscle groups as well as any other
general info that might be useful.
If anyone has any ideas of references that would be useful to me I
would love to hear from them. I have heard that there is a "thin green
book" which is one of the main texts for isokinetics but unfortunately
that is as much detail as my source can remember. Apparantley this
book was recommended to my source by Dave Fevre, so if you are out
there or know how I might be able to get in touch with him I would be
eternally grateful.
Thanks
Mike
