Further to Patrick's message, colleagues may like to know that the new
portal also includes the text of 'Selected instruments taken from the
Treaties' - a pdf file of more than 1100 pages!
A brief review of the new portal will appear in the 'Web matters' column of
the July issue of 'European Information'.
