I have no objections to the names you prefer.
It might require some pedagogy to explain to people NOT to use the URL's to which the purl's become redirected at dublincore.org - But that is already with the 'elements', so no extra cost with that.
Probably we better should say: (other vocabularies [for instance further element or domain-specific ones] added as necessary).
If 'consensus' is stated as such - we'll change 'DCQual' to that.
