Agreed. Just another bit of delicate gubbins to go wrong. As I said, you need a ROSC (return of spontaneous circulation) before transporting. If you don't get
that nothing done in hospital is going to alter anything. Clearly there are exceptions, like children, "near"-drowning and hypothermia, but these are a small
proportion even here at the seaside.
